Please note:
Monday - Friday (excluding holidays): Orders received before 3pm CET will be processed that day. Orders received after 3pm CET will be processed the next business day.
Production lead times are as follows:
Standard RAL (NOT altered RALs) are generally stocked. If the product is in stock it will be ready to ship the following day. All other Polychem products are manufactured in a 5 – 7 business day lead time from processing the order.
