FAQs
FAQs
1. How long and at what temperature should the parts be cured at?
A:For most of our polyester powders, once the part has been coated it must to reach 390 to 400 degrees F for ten to twelve minutes, Keep in mind that parts with larger cross sections will require a longer bake time than small parts due to the metal mass. Certain powders should be cured at reduced temperatures due to the characteristics of the color or chemistry, or limits on the part to be coated. We will design a product specifically for your application.
